I haven’t made homemade cookies since I was little and I would make them with my aunt every time I came over to her house. So I went with something simple for my first go in oh say, 15+ years. Chocolate chip cookies.
Now these tasted fine, but I’m not a huge fan of cake-like cookies. So if you love soft cookies, this is just the thing for you.

Are you more of a crunchy cookie type? I’m definitely a soft cookie lover. There’s this literally almost cake like cookies by this company called Lofthouse that I can eat by the handful.
I think I am. Though the perfect cookies to me are firm on the outside and still warm and gooey on the inside.
I can get behind that or in front of it cause I want to be the fist person in line for cookies. Your baking posts always make me want to go through my dessert pins and whip something up. There are recipes for microwave fudge that’s delicious. Truly we live in wondrous times.
