It’s that time of the year! Time to make lists of the good things that happened in 2021. Now, baking wise, I didn’t go crazy but I still had some really great recipes happen. Here they are in order of greatness:

3. Soft Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

4. Eggnog Bread

2021 was the year of the cookies!
What was your favorite recipe of the year? Are you going to be trying out any of the ones I made?
Yep. I saved this post!!
Those chocolate chip cookies look amazing!
They were really great! I hope you enjoy them. 🙂
Wow, definitely giving these a try! My kids would probably love them all—especially the cream cheese cookies. ❤️ Merry Christmas!
Those were a hit! I hope you and your kids enjoy them. 🙂
I haven’t tried any of these yet, but the pumpkin and chocolate chip cookies both I remember from when you originally posted them. I’m going to print out the recipes now.
I think it’s almost impossible to not like that recipe but you let me know what you think!
Will do!
Eggnog bread? How’d I miss that? Sounds like a delicious list!
‘Tis the season! Give it a try. The recipe was pretty easy. 🙂
My mouth is watering. It all sounds amazing
I definitely had a good baking year even if I didn’t bake a lot. 🙂
My favorite recipe was opening a half gallon of hood golden eggnog 😀
I’ve got to get my hands on some eggnog soon! My favorite that I’ve tried so far is Southern Comfort’s eggnog. It’s non-alcoholic but oh, so good.
Yum! ❤ All of these look fantastic. Those pancakes look legit as hell. lol Now I really want pancakes. D:
I bought some cranberries recently, so I really need to bake something with those soon.
I have a bag and a half of cranberries I need to use soon. I’m making Christmas cranberry cake for the work gift exchange monday so hopefully they hold up until then. :3
I bet they will. I feel like cranberries last a freakishly long amount of time. lol
I’m intrigued by these soft cream cheese chocolate chip cookies, that sounds like a good combo, albeit one I’d never thought of. I may need to try that one. Baking isn’t really my thing since I’m generally SO bad at it — truly, I admire your skills here — but I make a really simple honey buttermilk cornbread and it’s so good, really cakelike and makes good comfort food!
That recipe is fairly straight forward. Pretty sticky dough so making the cookie balls is a little annoying BUT there is not egg in it so you can eat the cookie dough while you bake!
Thank you so much!!
