I don’t actually contribute much to Thanksgiving Day cooking, usually just mashed potatoes. That particular dinner is my husband’s jam. BUT, this year I baked a little goodie for snacking first thing in the morning.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES FOR THE WIN.
It did require all caps since they are that freaking good. Probably one of my new favorite cookie recipes. Goes great with milk. π
The batter was incredibly sticky. To the point I had to dust my fork with cocoa powder in order to flatten and achieve the famous criss cross pattern.

Now off to bake some more!
Oh, these look delicious!
Thank you! They absolutely were. π
I have a love/hate relationship with your food posts. I love it because it makes my mouth water and I just want to eat what you’ve baked. I hate it because it makes my mouth wwater and I just want to eat what you’ve baked AND YOU LIVE SO FAR AWAY THAT I CAN’T JUST INVITE MYSELF OVER TO EAT WHAT YOU’VE BAKED!!!!!!!
Ahahaha! That IS quite the conundrum! π Better saddle up for some suffering buddy. I’ve got the itch to bake like a mad woman lately.
Fantastic!! We also made cookies today and it feels like it’s been forever! There’s nothing more satisfying than home-made cookies and milk!!! π
There is SO much truth to that!
These look so soft and delicious!
I am obsessed with these.
