Ain’t no shame in my super-easy-when-you-got-no-time-to-bake-properly game!
Except, I’m first to admit, they’re never as good as anything I make from scratch.
This one is good for a quick chocolate fix with a hint of pumpkin undertones. But, it’s not something I would ever take to a party as a treat.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix one box Duncan Hines Chewy Brownie mix and 1 can pumpkin puree.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
That’s it.
That’s all it takes folks.
The results are a VERY fudge like brownie. A different brownie mix might work better if you don’t want super fudge brownies.

This kind of sounds too good.
I will say that it was okay. I think a different brownie mix would make it better.
Oh no! I was thinking with pumpkin it would have to be good. I’m not pumpkin-obsessed but it’s just so good in baking. But yeah, maybe depends on the mix.
See, for some of us, “easy” trumps “tastes better”. Bring on the Easy!!!
Heck, if we could make this in an easy-bake oven, Mrs B and I would be all over it π
Haha! I feel you. Sometimes you want easy, fast snacks!
I don’t think I’ve ever had pumpkin and chocolate together that I can remember. Sounds good! π
Oh grrlll. What have you been doing with your life? π
Jesus woman, Iβve just eaten but now Iβm hungry again thanks to this π€πΌ
Haha, you’re welcome. π
