Whew! It’s already December? How did that happen?? I hope everyone enjoyed NanoWrimo that participated! And if you didn’t get to the word count goal, you’re still a star because some progress in better than no progress and writing is hard! I dabbled myself a few years back and there’s always the hope that I’ll get inspired again.
Anywho, Science Fiction November! I think mine was pretty successful considering how busy I’ve been. I had hoped to convince Mr. Cupcakes & Machetes to watch some sci-fi TV shows together but that didn’t happen. We were fully involved in Netflix’s Mindhunter. (We’re always behind on the good things.) If you’re into True Crime, I highly recommend giving it a go.

Did you participate in Sci-Fi month? If so, how did it go for you?
Looks like you had a great month. I only actually ended up reading three SF books, but oh well! It was still a bunch of fun.
3 is better than none! I was really surprised by how many I was able to get in.
I didn’t participate, per se, but still read several SF books. It was nice to see more SF from other people though 🙂
There is a blog that hosts it now but I didn’t know until park way through the month. Next year I’ll try to be better at directly participating with them as it’s a pretty fun blog. I need to read more sci-fi during the rest of the year though.
Thanks for getting me hooked on the Indranan War series… 🙂
Haha! You’re welcome. 😀
I’m trying to at least finish one book dammit! Crazy how quick this year has gone
It really is. A new year is right around the corner, time for some changes!
Finally taking the plunge to become a man? Or something else in mind?
Ahahaha! No! We’re planning a couple of things but I want to see if they work out or not first. 😉
Hehefair enough well I hope, whatever it is, all goes well. FYI LUKE is a good strong manly name… just in case
Lmao. I’ll keep that in mind!
Yeah, it’s incredible to think how fast this year has gone by. It’ll be 2019 before we know it! I’m glad you had a good Sci Fi month. 🙂 I managed to read some science fiction through the month as well with Parasite, (half of) Vox, volume 9 of Saga, and the final two volumes of a horror/science fiction blend called Spread.
Nice! I’m ready for 2019. 🙂 (Not that 2018 was bad, well there were a couple of things, but I’m just ready to try out some new things next year.)
Same here! Here’s to an awesome 2019! ❤
I did NaNo and didn’t get too far. Need to figure out the beginning before I pick it back up. I did add Parasite to my TBR list because that looks awesome. I”ll probably pick it up soon on my Kindle!
I really liked it. I’ll be continuing the series.
