International Women’s Day

Good morning ladies! (And fellas!) It’s International Women’s Day. I arose from slumber twisted in blankets with a slight headache, so my morning is starting off with coffee and tylenol. A lady has to do what a lady has to do to go to work and earn that bread. I’m not complaining, I can work, I can vote, I can do whatever the fuck I want unlike some parts of the world where women are still controlled on a daily basis. The book I’m currently reading reminds me on a daily basis that while there is still work to be done in the United States with women’s rights, there are places where women still have NO rights and that bums me the fuck out. But alas, let’s get some inspiration from historical women today.
