Sci-Fi Month in Review

Okay, so I didn’t have the most successful sci-fi month. I mean, I always plan to do a LOT more but life is hectic these days so I’m proud I managed this much. *Stands with chest puffed out, fists on hips, imaginary cape blowing in the wind*

Book/Comic Reviews:

Bombshells, Vol. 1: Enlisted – Comic Review

Old Man’s War – Book Review

Ready Player One – Book Review

Gotham City Sirens, Vol.1: Union – Comic Review

Two novels and two graphic novels ain’t too shabby. Plus, that’s two new authors I’ve never read. The funny thing is, I’ve saved about 5 books in the last year to specifically read this month and only read one. Hah. Guess I’ll just have to squeeze those in in the new year. (Which is right around the corner, holy crap!)

  1. Yeah, “holy crap” indeed about how fast the new year is coming up! It’s crazy.
November especially seemed like it was over in the blink of an eye, so kudos to you for still squeezing those reads in. And trying out new authors, too! 🙂

      1. You’ve got this! 😉 Maybe stick to the smaller reads through December. You could probably knock out The Language of Thorns in no time, pop in a couple graphic novels, etc. I know it’s tough with everything you’ve had going on. It’s been a busy ass year, and now we’re in the middle of the holidays.

      2. I’ve actually decided to not stress about it. (I’m currently reading Language of Thorns.) It just means I won’t up my goal next year. There is just literally too much going on to stress about a book challenge I set for myself. It’s not life or death, ya know? lol.
